Using the service

You use Kriyos to run workforce operations for your own organisation. You won’t resell it, scrape it, or use it to break the law.

Billing terms are set in your order form. Deactivated users stop billing at the next cycle. We invoice; you pay; nobody plays games.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Incidents are communicated to workspace admins by email. SLA credits apply for paid tiers on request.

Either party can terminate for convenience at the end of the current billing cycle. No lock-in, no exit fees.
